Facial hair
Summary
A few touch-ups are enough to remove the hairs that stick out or remain isolated on the face. Check the areas below in front of a well-lit mirror, then step back to judge what's actually showing. A suitable trimmer is suitable for the nose and ears; tweezers can be used for a few hairs on the skin of the cheeks or between the eyebrows.
Areas to check
- Nose: shorten only the hairs that protrude from the nostrils, without pulling them out.
- Ears: check the pinna, lobes and hairs visible at the entrance, without entering the duct.
- Between the eyebrows: remove individual hairs if you want to separate the two eyebrows.
- Eyebrows: identify abnormally long hairs, without thinning the entire line.
- Cheekbones and upper cheeks: remove isolated hairs above the beard; leave the down discreet.
- Neck and under the jaw: maintain the contour of the short beard or shave with the rest of the face.
Keep the natural shape of your eyebrows and avoid going down the beard line with each touch-up. The goal is to remove the hairs that bother you, without tracking down all the fuzz. For the nose and ears, stay at the entrance and only cut what protrudes: the hairs located inside do not need to be removed.
