A direct and well-established action on appearance: gain in muscle volume and modification of the proportions of the silhouette.

Demanding work to be maintained over several months: regular sessions, learning movements, effort and recovery.

Bodybuilding is one of the most effective levers for transforming your physique. More developed shoulders, a broader back, a thicker torso and better proportioned legs directly change the silhouette. Unlike just posture or clothing, you build muscle tissue. The progression is seen over several months and continues with regularity.

Start with three movements: squats, pull-ups and push-ups, twice a week. You work the legs, the back and a push for the torso and arms. Adapt the difficulty to your level, then progress little by little. Cycling can complement or replace leg work depending on your goal, with a less direct effect on their muscle volume.
