Facial exercises
Summary
Facial strength training consists of voluntarily soliciting certain muscles through repeated movements or work against resistance. Its most promising benefit concerns the fullness of the cheeks and the appearance of soft tissues. Studies have observed visible improvements and muscular adaptations: there are therefore good reasons to be interested in this practice, beyond just the testimonials.
The area remains understudied, making results difficult to predict without demonstrating that the method is ineffective. Approach it as a workout to be carried out over several months, with a goal adapted to your face. Application offers two cheek exercises and a simple follow-up. The work of masseters, which aims more at the width of the lower face, is treated separately.
