Height insoles 3.6–4.6 cm — CALTO

1. Posture: head straight, chest straightened
Stand up, look in front of you, place your head above your chest and straighten your upper back. Keep this mark as you get up and walk around. If you sag quickly, strengthen the back and core ; if stiffness blocks the position, work on the mobility of this area. Do not try to compensate by lifting your chin or digging your lower back.
2. Shoes: choose the shoe that holds well
Start by comparing your shoes: some already add more height thanks to their outsole. For an interior lift, choose a shoe deep enough to keep the heel supported. Try it while walking and on stairs. If the foot lacks room, choose another shoe or a model designed with a built-in elevation.
3. Clothing: give more length to the legs
Try mid- or high-waisted pants with a tucked-in top, or a top that hits near the waistband. Adjust the hem to avoid a buildup of fabric on the shoes. Compare with your usual outfit in front of a full-length mirror: you will immediately see which combination gives the best balance between the bust and the legs.
Choose a cut that follows the silhouette without molding you. You can also try similar colors between pants and shoes to extend the line of the legs. Vary one element at a time, then stick with what works for you. The bodybuilding helps build your proportions; clothes then serve to highlight them.
4. Surgery: examine the project as a whole
If you are considering lengthening, consult a specialist team to review the desired gain, final proportions, treatment duration and recovery. Also ask how rehabilitation, follow-up and return to work or sport are organized. The choice concerns the entire course, not just a number of centimeters.
